For the very first time in the world we have blended the unique qualities of Australian Neem and Australian Lemon Myrtle in this wonderfully refreshing face and body soap.

Neem has been a traditional medicinal her for centuries. It is a large tree with rich foliage and grows in our sub-tropical and tropical areas.

Lemon Myrtle is grown in our local Australian rainforest region in northern NSW and is highly regarded as a “Bush Tucker” herb. It is a stunning ornamental tree which gives off a strong refreshing lemon aroma and, like Neem, has many healing qualities.

To create this rich moisturising soap we have used only the very best quality ingredients to produce a pure, clean and refreshing soap with a luxurious lather.

Our Intensive Soap is Triple Milled which means that when a soap is drying it forms crystals that make the soap gritty and rough.

We use heavy duty rollers 3 – 4 times to crush the crystals and form a creamy smooth soap – this is called French Triple Milling.

Most soaps are milled once with lightweight rollers, so you are not getting the high quality that the French Milling gives you.

Traditional Uses

Neem has been used in ancient Ayurveda & Unani medicine for over 5,000 years in India where it is revered as “The Wonder Tree” and as “The Village Pharmacy”. All parts of the tree are used. The leaves, seeds, bark, fruit, extracts and oils derived from these, have very specific applications in medicine, toiletries and cosmetics and public health.

In Sanskrit writings the Neem Tree is known as “Aristha” – meaning the reliever of all diseases and it use in Hindu medicine dates back to early times.  United Nations has declared the Neem Tree as “The Tree of the 21st Century”as it does so much for so many.
